Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Moka's Doggy Daycare website and our daycare and boarding services in Roseville, CA. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
Booking and intake
All new clients complete a meet and greet and an intake form before their dog's first stay. We require proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations before any drop-off.
Health and behavior
You confirm that your dog is in good general health and does not show significant aggression toward people or other dogs. We may decline or end a stay at our discretion if a dog's health or behavior poses a risk to itself, other dogs, or our staff.
Rates and payment
Daycare starts at $35/day and overnight boarding starts at $55/night, as listed on our website or quoted to you directly. Rates are subject to change; you will be notified of any change before your next booking.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a daycare reservation and at least 72 hours' notice to cancel a boarding reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which we will explain at the time of booking.
Liability
While we provide attentive, supervised care, dog daycare and boarding carry inherent risks (such as minor scrapes or illness from close contact with other dogs). By booking with us, you accept these inherent risks. We carry out care with reasonable skill and attention consistent with industry practice.
Emergency care
If your dog needs veterinary attention while in our care and we cannot reach you, we will use the veterinary contact and instructions you provided and use our best judgment to get your dog appropriate care. You agree to reimburse reasonable emergency veterinary costs incurred on your dog's behalf.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to bookings made after the "last updated" date above.
